I.               Call to order
a.     President Sarah Johnson calls the meeting to order at 7:00 PM
II.             President’s Report
a.     Formal Committee
                                               i.     Christine expresses interest in being on the committee.
b.     Bylaws
                                               i.     The mistake with the date on our bylaws has been taken care of.
c.     Eta Psi at NKU is making a cook book. Email recipes to: Angheat@gmail.com
d.     Still waiting to hear from Eta Psi about the tea party.

                                               i.     Nominations for VPR
1.     Elections will be held October 14th to fill Hannah’s position. The candidate must have 2/3 vote from chapter to win the election.
                                             ii.     ½ Founder’s Day plans will be discussed in the near future.
c.     Treasurer’s Report - Emma
                                               i.     Current balance: $1,701.06
                                            ii.     Dues
1.     Oct 7th deadline = Next meeting!!
                                            iii.     Emma in contact with Sue Conrad about double signatures
                                            iv.     Emma will submit the budget tonight. She will e-mail a copy for us to read.
d.     Secretary’s Report - Jalen

e.     Editor’s Report – Alison
                                               i.     Yearbook due Nov. 1st
                                             ii.     Pan Pipes publication
1.     Our feature will be due by November 15th. This issue focuses on new music, so Alison will write about the Composers’ Concert!
f.      Sergeant-at-Arms’ Report – Katie
                                               i.     Katie reads the SAI Hazing Policy.
IV.           Committee Reports
a.     Fraternity Education Report – Katie

b.     Fundraising Report – Jen
                                               i.     Yogurt Vi update
1.     We made $35.24.
2.     Currito does similar fundraising events. We could try to do this in the winter (and print black and white fliers this time.)
                                            ii.     Bake Sale tomorrow!
                                          iii.     MoMus October 10th – Everyone must bake!
1.     Set-up at 8:00. We will finalize a schedule next week.
                                            iv.     Bake-off
1.     We discuss possibilities for a bake-off event. Katie has the idea to host this event at Tribunal’s Novemberfest (date TBA) and sell raffle tickets for each cake. Everyone agrees that this is a good idea if we can get the Tribunal leaders to agree.
c.     Social Report (Tara is absent, but left us a list of points)
                                               i.     Football on October 13th – Unofficial social event

                                            iv.     Tara is looking into Kings Island/Halloween with Sinfonians. Group rates don’t look particularly affordable, however.

VI.           New Business
a.     Composer Concert – Hannah, Oct 18th
                                               i.     Budget: $120 (food $100, everything else $20)
                                             ii.     We will charge $5 for tickets
                                            iii.     Oct 1st deadline for performers and piece
                                            iv.     Committee: Alison, Abi, Hannah, Emma, Ellie, Jen.
                                             v.     Catering/Food: Concerns about the budget lead us back to the appetizers vs. full meal question. We decide that we need to make this event worth the charge, and a full meal is best. Taking ticket sales into account, we have the money to order from Maggiano’s. Ellie will finalize the food choice by Wednesday.
                                            vi.     Decorations – Dollar store centerpieces (vases, tea lights?) lights from the closet
                                          vii.     Hannah will meet with John
