a.     VPM Report – Ellie

                                               i.     RECRUITMENT! Pixar – Animate your life with SAI!

1.     Katie’s

a.     Up - Date: Sept 8^th, 6pm

b.     Activities: Balloon popping game, photo booth

                                                                                                     i.     Hannah and everyone else in charge of balloons should meet at Katie’s an hour early for setup.

                                                                                                   ii.     Emma has the idea that we should develop the photo booth pictures and give them to the girls with little notes the next day (“Hope to see you again!” etc)

c.     Food: Mac n’ cheese, chocolate milk, puppy chow, veggie tray

d.     Goodie bags: Pencils, business cards

e.     Decorations: Balloon wreath, jazz music

2.     Burnett Woods

a.     Bug’s Life Date: Sept 15^th, 11am

b.     Actual picnic area: Playground and slide? We need to scout that out.

3.     Hannah’s

a.     Finding Nemo Date: Sept 20^th, 6pm

4.     Baur Room

a.     Date: October 2^nd, 6-10pm

b.     Toy Story Date: John says we cannot project a movie or eat in the Baur room. New plan: Eat at tables on 4^th level, then move downstairs to Master Classroom for movie and crafts.

5.     Formal Dinner/Suzanne’s

a.      Ratatouille Date: Saturday, October 6^th, 6 PM (new date)

b.     Make bids

                                             ii.     Recruitment budget plan: $75 per event, $100 for shirts.

a.     Composer Concert – Hannah, Oct 18^th

                                               i.     Date for Score Submission: Oct. 1^st – Tell composers! Ellie will draft email to send to composers/performers

                                             ii.     Committee: Alison, Abi, Hannah, Emma, Jen.

1.     Décor: shimmery table cloths, fake candles, cocktail attire, roses.

2.     Performing/composing: NKU?

3.     Advertising: posters, fliers, ticketing, go to Senate, $5 per sale, $8 at door

4.     Food: Sweet, savory, drinks

                                               i.     Lindsay Jacobs? Sarah will e-mail.

                                             ii.     Hannah has the idea that we should do one musicale per semester in the Atrium; we should be more visible as musicians. Emma thinks this is genius and wonders if we could do it during our bake sales.

                                               i.     Sarah found a website that allows us to customize anything - more info forthcoming.

a.     Emma’s junior recital with Kelly Hamm: Monday, Nov. 26^th, 8:30pm, Watson Hall

b.     Ellie’s recital (Nov. 27^th) is being rearranged. Watch this space.

c.     Hannah’s senior recital: Oct. 17^th (day before composer concert) in Warner!
