d.     Jalen raises the concern that our meetings always conflict with CCM Jazz concerts. She wonders if we should adjust the meeting time for those Sundays, or add a clause to the attendance policy that would allow us to attend them. Sue provides feedback, and we all decide to bring this issue to the Executive Board.
