the E-board meeting
i. Sarah gives a recap of the E-board’s decisions,
including our meeting schedule for the next month and whether to add a marginal
membership option to our bylaws (voted yes)

i. Send out official invitations to Pledging in
early January

need/want to review girls? – We decide to vote on this next week when more of
us are here.

i. Pledging rehearsal after the meeting.
ii. We are required to have three ritual music
books, but we can only find two. Emma proposes that the profits of the December
bake sale go toward the third book. All are in favor.

ii. Shirts – “lol, Street Scene.” Info forthcoming
at next meeting.

ii. Ellie and Sarah, please send/lend Jalen copies
of the past two yearbooks so she can update the chapter records.

i. Carrie has a copy of the yearbook.
ii. Our article on the Composer’s Concert will
appear in Tempo instead of Pan Pipes. The article is due in January. Alison
will send around her draft for us to edit/add to.
