I.               Call to order
a.     President Sarah Johnson calls the formal meeting to order at 7:06 PM
b.     Ice breaker
II.             President’s Report
a.     Meetings on Nov. 25th and Dec. 2nd (favorite music musicale). No meeting on December 9th.
b.     Eta Psi Musicale and Tea Party on Dec. 2nd at 2pm
                                               i.     Who can attend/drive? Discuss next week.
c.     Recap of the E-board meeting
                                               i.     Sarah gives a recap of the E-board’s decisions, including our meeting schedule for the next month and whether to add a marginal membership option to our bylaws (voted yes)
III.           Officer Reports
a.     VPM Report – Ellie
                                               i.     Send out official invitations to Pledging in early January
1.     Do we need/want to review girls? – We decide to vote on this next week when more of us are here.
                                             ii.     Pick Big Sisters over Thanksgiving
1.     Sarah will send a text message to everyone.
                                            iii.     Hazing Policy
1.     We all sign the SAI Hazing Policy.
                                            iv.     Patroness nominations: Marie Bucoy-Calavan, Brianna Matzke, and Andrea Fitzgerald.
1.     We discuss the candidates and vote to ask Andrea!
b.     VPR Report – Katie
                                               i.     Pledging rehearsal after the meeting.
                                             ii.     We are required to have three ritual music books, but we can only find two. Emma proposes that the profits of the December bake sale go toward the third book. All are in favor.
c.     Treasurer’s Report - Emma
                                               i.     Current balance: Same as last week
                                             ii.     Shirts – “lol, Street Scene.” Info forthcoming at next meeting.
d.     Secretary’s Report - Jalen
                                               i.     Mail distributed
                                             ii.     Ellie and Sarah, please send/lend Jalen copies of the past two yearbooks so she can update the chapter records.
e.     Editor’s Report – Alison
                                               i.     Carrie has a copy of the yearbook.
                                             ii.     Our article on the Composer’s Concert will appear in Tempo instead of Pan Pipes. The article is due in January. Alison will send around her draft for us to edit/add to.
f.      Sergeant-at-Arms’ Report – Christine
                                               i.     Every member is currently in good standing!
IV.           Committee Reports
a.     Fraternity Education Report – Christine
                                               i.     Christine is absent
b.     Fundraising Report – Jen
                                              i.     Bake sale December 3rd from 10-2pm
                                             ii.     MoMus December 6th at 8pm
1.     Abi and Jalen will get the coffee.
                                            iii.     Jalen will write a thank-you note to the alumni chapter for their help with the Composers’ Concert an bring it to the next meeting for everyone to sign.
c.     Social Report – Tara
                                               i.     SAI Clothes Swap
1.     At Alison’s, set date for 2013
                                             ii.     Ellie’s social event

                                            iii.     Holiday Party

d.     Community Service Report – Abi
                                               i.     Ronald McDonald
1.     March 9th from 2-4pm
2.     Girl Scouts? (Probably before Ronald McDonald)
                                             ii.     Anything in the works for early 2013?
                                            iii.     Relay for Life?
1.     We all agree that since Tribunal already has an active team, we don’t need to form our own, and we doubt we would have enough interest anyway.
                                            iv.     Ellie brings up the possibility of volunteering at the Music Resource Center. More info forthcoming.
V.             Old Business
a.     Recruitment shirts - Emma
                                               i.     $10-15
                                             ii.     Shirts will be taken care of after Street Scene; possibly in time for Holiday Party gifts? J
                                            iii.     Actives must pay to receive a shirt, MITs are free
b.     Disposable cameras – taken care of
